NOTE: Most of the completion and invoicing information is generated by the Report, Work Authorization, and by scheduling the Job to be completed.

FROM THE MAIN MENU
1. Select Property Search.

FROM THE SEARCH SCREEN
1. Enter the street name or building number into the Search Criteria field.
2. If the property is located, click on the Property Information button located in the third column of the form.

FROM THE PROPERTY MENU
1. Click on Completion-Invoicing
2. Click on the Edit button corresponding to the JOB INVOICE.

FROM THE INVOICING SCREEN
1. Click the Auto Fill button. This will transfer information from your work authorization to this completion listing item completed and not completed. It will also generate the cost.
3. Enter any other costs and a description.
4. Select a completion date using the pop-up calendar.
5. Choose a certification code.
6. Click on the Print Menu.

FROM THE REPORT PRINT MENU
1. Click on the Completion Upload button
2. A PDF Completion document will be stored in the Image Directory
3. Close the confirmation window 
3. Click on the Image Storage button.
